Hope & Chance provides temporary, no-cost supportive housing for up to 180 days to qualifying adults who are actively pursuing recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or co-occurring conditions.

Residents live in a structured, substance-free environment designed to promote safety, stability, personal responsibility, and long-term recovery.
Housing is provided as a supportive service while participants engage in an approved outpatient, intensive outpatient, mental health, or other recovery-focused program.
Depending on individual needs and program availability, the following supportive services may be provided alongside housing:
Hope & Chance works collaboratively with New Era Mental Health and other approved behavioral health providers to help residents remain connected to treatment and make measurable progress toward recovery, independence, and stable community living.
Participation is based on eligibility, available space, program engagement, and the ability to follow the safety and community standards of the home.
Adults actively pursuing recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or co-occurring conditions who are engaged in an approved outpatient, IOP, mental health, or recovery-focused program.
